I have been training under Brendan's guidance for a few months now and I am thrilled with the results. Brendan has identified problems and given me a personalised program which constantly changes according to my needs! I've been with Brendan for 10 weeks now - coming to him after a long time off exercising due a range of issues and injuries - with the main training goal of increasing my leg strength to impress under the squat bar. Squatting was the reason for my lower back injuries and I was determined to fix the problem from the ground up. Being extremely knowledgeable, Brendan identified my issues and areas to work on within the first session, explaining in easy language and actions for doing so. As every session passes I feel more confident with my technique and never dreamed I could be this close to squatting my personal best weight with zero back pain. I used to have issues with posture and breathing when weight training. After spending time working with Brendan I have been able to change my habit. I can now train both heavier and safer. Brendan has a great way of breaking down what you do and how you do it so that you understand how your mind and body work together during all types of training. I have been working with Brendan for the last year and a half. Brendan has been professional in all aspects of personal training whether it be high intensity training, weights and even dietary information. I have gained a lot of confidence from his guidance and since we started training I haven't had to see a chiropractor for my lower back.
